Koh Lan is reached by boat from Bali Hai Pier. Treat the crossing and local island transport as part of the day: choose one or two beaches rather than trying to rush around the entire island.
Bang Saray offers a lower-key coastal change south of Pattaya. Begin around the fishing-village waterfront, combine it with lunch, and keep the return journey flexible rather than treating it as another city attraction.
